Evan has taken a few steps in a row now. He gets so excited to try that even when you hold his hands to try and balance him he pushes you away. And then he laughs the entire time he is doing it. It's very cute. I got a bit of video but I'll try to get a better one soon and put it up. I'll also get a few pictures up again one of these days! Justin has been saying that he feels like the boys have turned a corner. From baby to little boy. I have to agree. There does seem to be a real difference lately. We are having tonnes of fun with them these days. It's pretty wild sometimes but everyone is happy so it's a good wild!

Golden Boy hey. Ya well - I'm not too impressed this morning. It was my night and I was up for one kid or another last night at these times: 1140 -12 100 130 (this one was to put Caden's covers back on him. They had come off. Are you kidding me?) 240 5 6 630 Who did I curse and how can I reverse it? Oh and does anyone want to come to my house and fill in for me today? UGH. I feel like I've been hit by a truck. But it doesn't matter.

The sleep updates might be boring to you all but night still holds all the suspense in our lives. We are smiling today though. Justin said Evan was his worst kid again last night. I hadn't thought I'd heard anything so asked what he did. He slept through until 630. Hee hee. YAY! This is pretty exciting. Three good nights in a row. (I do have to mention though that on my one night out of those three, Liam uncharacteristically woke up at 1230 and 5. And Dylan was up at 5). Justin is still golden boy with the luck! But we are starting to feel almost normal. VERY VERY encouraging.

Today I sat in a chair for 3 hours, had someone massage my head, drank a hot chocolate, read (or looked through I guess) 5 magazines and people watched. Also known as a haircut and color this was bliss for a mother of 4. I can't remember the last time I sat that long. It was marvellous and wonderful and so incredibly relaxing that I almost fell asleep. Then I got to come home to my smiling boys. Pretty good day don'tchya think? I'm sure that some of you are wondering what happened to talking about the kids all the time. Don't worry! I'm not neglecting them. The biggest update is that Evan slept from 830 - 7 am for 2 days in a row now. I don't think he woke up once. That is somewhat miraculous to us. We'll see if it's a new trend (fingers crossed). We've also noticed that Liam has a couple of molars coming in. It explains the increased whinyness lately. At least I hope that is what has been going on. Caden's soccer started up again...

Yesterday was my birthday. And what a party it was! It was a surprise - boy was it a surprise - people started showing up at my house dressed somewhat familiar and yet very strange! It was the 80's all over again! SO MUCH FUN! My fantastic husband and my super great friends spoiled me rotten and really made me like my birthday (those of you that know me know that I don't really like that my birthday is right after xmas and it's so cold and blah. I'm not usually in the mood for it). This was one of the fabulous ones. Even some out of town friends were able to be here which was extra special. Once again Justin and Todd created a masterpiece of a cake. But how could you go wrong with Bon Jovi bobbleheads? I mean really! Everyone is looking good! I don't know... but then..... ... there is another surpr...

Who gets to go to the Bon Jovi concert in July? Who didn't think she was going to get to go? Who has the best friends EVER? That'd be me!! :) Happy Birthday to me, Happy Birthday to me, I'm goin'to Bon Jovi, happy birthday to me .
