We have had such a great week. I've been feeling more cheerful and like myself than I have in a long long time. Life is really really good. It might be because it is christmas time or maybe that I've come out of some sort of fog. I'm feeling incredibly grateful for our family and our friends. I'm surrounded by the most fantastic people. Anyway - here are some pictures from the last few days. Warning - there are quite a few this time.
Caden just loves this little baby girl. He keeps asking for a baby sister.
Here he was rubbing Lena's back. So Sweet.
The kids in their new stroller that they got for their birthday.
Now we have one that fits in the van for outings such as this one. They have to be strapped in though. Their only goal in life is to get out of and on top of things.
The babies opened some of their own gifts. Soon figuring out that
there was something in those bags and packages!
Craig and Leah and Lena came over one night. Caden got a wild ride.

Now a few pictures of Dylan the Daring. He climbs right up on our chairs now. It's kind of nice that we haven't gotten nice ones yet because these ones we can just fold up so that he can't use them. You can see on the screen that he has opened a few windows. Yikes.
Now for our adventure to the mall. We loaded up all the kids when Justin got home from work on thursday night. Santa was having a little cookie break so we wandered around for a few minutes until he came back.

We got in line second and as we've gotten used to - the guy in line in front of us asked "three of a kind?" and I said yes but then he said "these three are three of a kind too!" He had 7 year old triplet girls and then one younger daughter. 4 girls! It was neat. We chatted a little. The mom had them all dressed alike but had them each do their own picture. Mine were dressed differently but had to share a picture. It's funny how you wonder what is the best thing. Should they each get their own? Should they be dressed the same? And then I think - at least we did it at all! Caden was perfect. He's such a good kid. I was really hoping that I wouldn't have to be in the picture but as you can see - I did. No one cried but Dylan wanted to run around and Evan couldn't stop looking at Santa. He was quite intrigued. Liam sat perfectly but with that really unimpressed look on his face. It makes me happy that we got there!
Friday morning was Caden's little preschool christmas concert. He didn't sing out as loud here as he had in practice but he participated and didn't get too shy being up there. I hope he ends up like his dad - loving to perform and not a big chicken like me.Hanging with Grandma and Grandpa Mooney. Liam giving kisses. Notice he has his tongue sticking out. He is the most 'french' of my kids but really!
Early christmas - presents from Calgary. Thank you so much! Caden was so pumped. He ran around jumping up and down over his gifts. It was so much fun.
