Last Day of September

Well I have made it to the end of september. So, our babies are going to have October birthdays. Whew! Things are still unchanged and I'm still taking it easy and I'm still really glad that I am at home! I think Justin is too. But he is SO busy trying to keep up with everything. He has a tough job in all of this but he's handling it really well. I couldn't ask for a better husband that's for sure! My evenings are the toughest. That just seems to be when the babies really get moving around and sometimes get into positions that make me terribly uncomfortable or even in pain. I am definitely starting to feel that they are running out of room in there.

And Caden. I really need to post some video because he is hilarious. He talks non stop. I think he got that from Justin :) and he tells us all kinds of stories and mimics everything. He is having so much fun going to Lindsay's everyday and playing with the little girls there. One of the girls(about 3yrs old) even said "I think I'm falling in love with Caden". SO FUNNY!!

He also recites the poem in Robert Munsch's "I'll Love You Forever" book. If you know it, you know that that is enough to make a mom cry and give her kid cookies :). He went to gymnastics again last night. He loves it and he even listens really well to the teacher. He came home to tell me all about the trampoline and a big balloon that flew over. I guess a hot air balloon was just taking off and went right over their heads. So - he seems to be doing really well. He told people at church on sunday that mom couldn't come to church because her belly was too big - full of babies. He talks to my belly and tells the babies to come out. Or "i love you brudders". I wonder how much he really understands?

Anyway - things are still good and so far - no news. I have a doctor's appt tomorrow though and I'm really curious to see what he'll have to say. I'll find out the babies sizes which I am anxious to know. And I really hope he doesn't send me back to the hospital. We'll see.....

There were times where Ronan kicked so much during the night, I couldn't sleep AND I bruised from the inside out... can't imagine what it's like to house three not-so-little ones in your tiny frame. Hang in there, they'll be here before you know it!

They are here. They are really really here!!!

It was a cool day. Almost too cold. The kind of cold that makes you rethink your very existence.... Boy. I am waaaay to tired for that. So I will give you the un-dramatic version. So, we are getting bombarded with requests for an update and pictures. So I will oblige and provide you with all the gory details. Actually, there are no gory details. In what can only be described as an amazing answer to many prayers, the new Mooney babies were brought into this world with no problems what so ever. We entered the hospital at 10:00 in the morning and were taken to the surgery room around 12:00 noon. At exactly 12:38, the first baby, Dylan Michael was born weighing in at 6 pounds even. Then, also at 12:38, Evan Timothy also charged into the world weighing in at 5.2 pounds. Then, at 12:39 Liam David was born weighing 4.8 pounds. For those of you good at math, that is a whopping 16 pounds worth of babies. 16 POUNDS!!! And even though them just being born at 36 weeks and 5 days isn

The 2 Week Wait is Over

The waiting is finally over. Today was the day - after 2 long weeks of waiting - that I went for my official pregnancy test at the dr.'s office. I had done a couple of Home Pregnancy Tests so I pretty much knew what to expect. I have been praying constantly, as have many of you out there (thank you so much for that). Well, God heard all of us and we are happy to report that the test came back positive. We are really happy but also very cautious . It was only 5 months ago today that we lost our pregnancy at 5 1/2 weeks. We are going to just continue praying that God will watch over this pregnancy and that a healthy baby will be born. We give Thanks to God !
