The Weekend

Here's just a quick update on the past few days. My parents came down on thursday and helped us out all weekend. I cannot even tell you how fantastic that was. Justin and I got to sleep for 3 nights straight. One night we went out for supper and one night we went to a movie. It was SO nice. The kids cooperated pretty good the first couple of nights but were back to their sporadic waking up on saturday night. And last night, just so that we wouldn't get to comfortable Liam was up from 3-4 and Dylan from 4 and Evan at 6, then Dylan again at 630. UGH. Oh well. Life goes on :)

On friday my dad stayed with Caden and mom and I took the babies for their immunizations. That went pretty well. Each one cried a little right when the needle happened and then that was pretty much it. Evan was the best and Liam was the most upset, as we expected.

On Saturday, I was really happy to get to take the babies out for a walk and Justin took Caden swimming. So - the kids had some fun too! Justin had a chance to work on our half wall a bit so that's getting closer to being done.

We even got a turkey supper on saturday. I mean, can you say spoiled! So a big thank you to mom and dad for all their help!

They are here. They are really really here!!!

It was a cool day. Almost too cold. The kind of cold that makes you rethink your very existence.... Boy. I am waaaay to tired for that. So I will give you the un-dramatic version. So, we are getting bombarded with requests for an update and pictures. So I will oblige and provide you with all the gory details. Actually, there are no gory details. In what can only be described as an amazing answer to many prayers, the new Mooney babies were brought into this world with no problems what so ever. We entered the hospital at 10:00 in the morning and were taken to the surgery room around 12:00 noon. At exactly 12:38, the first baby, Dylan Michael was born weighing in at 6 pounds even. Then, also at 12:38, Evan Timothy also charged into the world weighing in at 5.2 pounds. Then, at 12:39 Liam David was born weighing 4.8 pounds. For those of you good at math, that is a whopping 16 pounds worth of babies. 16 POUNDS!!! And even though them just being born at 36 weeks and 5 days isn...

Just the 6 of us now

I haven't blogged for a few days. It's been busy around here! But lots of fun. I'm feeling very tired tonight and will likely go to bed soon! We had a fun weekend with Justin's mom and Adam and Trinda and their kids. Trinda took some pictures for us again. Keep watching and I'll post some when I get them - it'll be a couple of weeks likely. Caden had SO much fun with his cousins, as he always does. They just go downstairs and we don't hear from them for a long time. Just some laughing and an occasional scrap. The triplets are eating ALOT and we're seeing them continue to fill out and get heavier. Things are going well. Justin's mom went home tonight so it's just the 6 of us this week. Justin is taking some holidays now. It'll be a nice time together. I'm looking forward to it but I know it'll be tougher now that our overnight help is gone. A baby is crying and Caden needs to be put to bed soon so I have to go.... Here ...

An Exciting Day

Hello friends! I'm having a very exciting day. Today is the day that I received my new logo! Can I just tell you all that if you can get a sister in law that is a fabulous graphic designer - absolutely do it!  If not - I'm so sorry for you but maybe you can use mine? Just say my name and she might squeeze you in between all her other clients.  She very patiently worked with me to come up with a logo that is neat and simple. I love it. Here it is: Check out her website here . And you can like my facebook page here .
