My day so far

It's 6:30 am. I am tired! It's the same ole story. But in case you are interested, here's how last night/this morning went.....

2:30 - Evan wakes up, takes a soother and goes back to sleep
4:45 - Evan wakes up, takes a soother and is fairly quiet for 15 minutes
5:00 - Evan starts fussing more so I get him a bottle and go back to bed and lay there listening.
5:02 - Caden gets up to go to the bathroom.
5 - 5:30 - Evan makes occasional awake noises and I wait it out until, by 530, he is quiet and has gone back to sleep
5:31 - Dylan wakes up - I get him a bottle and come back upstairs in the hopes that he'll go back to sleep
5:45 - Dylan and Liam are both making noises and are awake.
6:15 - I try to check emails and maybe even blog but Dylan is over here trying to get at everything in my computer cupboard - so I close the doors and try to keep the kids quiet so the other 3 that are still asleep, can stay asleep for awhile longer.
6:25 - I decide to blog b/c it may be my only chance - the babies are eating cheerios in their chairs so they can't get into here.
6:30 - that's 5 minutes and my time is up! Time to get the oatmeal off the stove and feed the kids. That might keep them a little quieter for the others!

Have a good day! :)

I hope you went to bed at 8pm!! Jilena fussed and only cat-napped from 6 pm last night til past midnight. She finally went down at 1:30 am and I was up again at 6 for the day and I thought that was bad! Hope you still manage to have a good day!

Jenn, ask Justin how he does it. He seems to get the boys to sleep all the way through the night when he's on duty. I'm sure he'd be happy to give you a few pointers if you'd just ask him for some advice...snicker...snicker....gaffawwww!!!

Have to laugh at JJM's comment cause rumour has it it's the same way with Stephen. The boys never misbehave or have trouble going to bed when it's just him! (my turn to snicker and 'gafawwww') ;)

You are an amazing mom Jenn, don't ever forget that.

They are here. They are really really here!!!

It was a cool day. Almost too cold. The kind of cold that makes you rethink your very existence.... Boy. I am waaaay to tired for that. So I will give you the un-dramatic version. So, we are getting bombarded with requests for an update and pictures. So I will oblige and provide you with all the gory details. Actually, there are no gory details. In what can only be described as an amazing answer to many prayers, the new Mooney babies were brought into this world with no problems what so ever. We entered the hospital at 10:00 in the morning and were taken to the surgery room around 12:00 noon. At exactly 12:38, the first baby, Dylan Michael was born weighing in at 6 pounds even. Then, also at 12:38, Evan Timothy also charged into the world weighing in at 5.2 pounds. Then, at 12:39 Liam David was born weighing 4.8 pounds. For those of you good at math, that is a whopping 16 pounds worth of babies. 16 POUNDS!!! And even though them just being born at 36 weeks and 5 days isn

The 2 Week Wait is Over

The waiting is finally over. Today was the day - after 2 long weeks of waiting - that I went for my official pregnancy test at the dr.'s office. I had done a couple of Home Pregnancy Tests so I pretty much knew what to expect. I have been praying constantly, as have many of you out there (thank you so much for that). Well, God heard all of us and we are happy to report that the test came back positive. We are really happy but also very cautious . It was only 5 months ago today that we lost our pregnancy at 5 1/2 weeks. We are going to just continue praying that God will watch over this pregnancy and that a healthy baby will be born. We give Thanks to God !
